Sandra Chapman- I am the Owner of Little Appleseed Pre-School and have worked here since 1994, I am highly qualified and support my Team members to work in partnership with parents/carers. I have attended various training courses to support my role to aid in the development of all children who attend.

Liza - I am the Supervisor and am NVQ3 qualified.  I am the designated Safe-Guarding Officer and was previously SENCO and am liaisng wth Nichola with her new SENCO role. I have been a member of the Little Appleseed team for many years.

Julie - I am NVQ3 Diploma in Pre-school Practice and have been working at Little Appleseed since 2001, I have attended a variety of courses over the years to keep up with the changing EYFS. I am a key person and enjoy observing my key children, seeing their development grow until they leave us for primary school.

Nichola - I joined Little Appleseed in 2007 with my NVQ3 diploma and have been recently promoted to the role of SENCO, I will be attending SENCO training which will support my role plus liaising with Liza.  I enjoy working with all children and getting to know them

Fiona -  I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Preschool Practice. Both my children attended Little Appleseed Pre-School and I  joined in 2007 after being a registered childminder for 5 years. I enjoy being a Key Person getting to know the children and helping them progress, and develop. I want them to get the most out of their time with us before they move on to primary school. 

Sharon -I have been qualified NVQ3 since 2010, but have worked at Little Appleseed from 2007. In recent years I have attended various courses to develop my skills further, i.e First Aid, Safe Guarding and many more. I enjoy working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Carol -I have been a team member since 2006, and attended Observation courses and find being a Key person is an exciting challenge.

Katia -I have been at Little Appleseed since 2007 and my 2 children both attended before they began primary school.    I love coming into work, I have attended an Observation and First aid course.  I was born and lived in Brazil and can speak fluent portuguese.

Rose - I have just recently joined Little Appleseed and have studied in NVQ2 Childcare at Uckfield Commmunity College.  I enjoy working with children, finding it a really rewarding role as a key person;  being such an important role in their learning and watching them grow.
